01 Use of the App

Welcome to Splitiva. By accessing or using our App, you agree to these Terms. You must not use the App for illegal activities, interfere with its functionality, or reverse engineer its code.

02 User Accounts

  • Sign-in is handled via third-party providers (Google/Apple).
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account security.
  • All activities under your account are your responsibility.

03 Features & Accuracy

Splitiva provides expense tracking, OCR receipt scanning, and Cloud Sync. We do not guarantee 100% OCR accuracy or uninterrupted service. You are responsible for validating your own financial data.

04 Payments & Purchases

Pro features may be offered as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase processed via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account, and purchases are generally non-refundable per platform policies.

06 Permissions

The App may request access to your Camera (for OCR), Storage (for data), and Contacts (optional splitting). You can revoke these anytime in settings.

07 Data Protection Rights

Global Standard: We provide GDPR-style transparency to all users, including the right to access, correct, and delete your data.

09 Data Deletion

You can delete your data instantly in the App via Settings > Security & Data > Delete Account. Alternatively, email us for manual removal.
